1. Refund Policy

We want you to be delighted with your WashSmart appliance. If you change your mind, our refund policy is straightforward:

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery.Process: Please contact our support team to arrange a collection or return. All items will undergo inspection upon arrival.Refunds: Credits are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of inspection.Exclusions: We cannot accept returns for made-to-order items, heavily used or damaged goods, or items returned for hygiene reasons once used.Faulty Items: Your statutory rights are protected. We will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund for any faulty appliances.

2. Shipping & Delivery

WashSmart provides specialist delivery across the UK to ensure your washing machine or dryer arrives safely.

Service Area: We deliver to UK addresses only. Timeframes: Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 working days. Charges: Delivery is FREE for orders over £placeholder. A flat fee of £placeholder applies to smaller orders. Access Requirements: Please ensure doorways, stairs, and lifts provide adequate clearance for your appliance. On the Day: You will receive a call or text with a delivery window. Installation and removal of packaging are available where applicable. Missed Deliveries: Re-delivery charges may apply if access is not possible at the agreed time.
