Refund Policy

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery.

Process: To start a return, please contact our support team. We will arrange a collection or guide you on the return process. All items undergo inspection upon arrival.

Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Typical processing time is 5–10 working days.

Exclusions:

Faulty Items: Your statutory rights are protected. If an appliance is faulty, we offer repair, replacement, or a full refund as appropriate.

Shipping & Delivery

UK Delivery: We ship exclusively within the UK. Standard delivery timeframes are 5–7 working days.

Charges: Delivery is free on orders over [£X.XX]. A flat fee applies to orders under this value.

Access Requirements: Customers must ensure clear access for large appliances. Please check doorway sizes, stairs, and lift availability before ordering.

On the Day: You will receive a call or text with a delivery window. Installation and packaging removal services are available if selected at checkout.

Missed Deliveries: If you are not home during the agreed window, a redelivery fee may apply.

Terms & Conditions

Usage: By using the WashSmart website, you agree to these terms. All prices and payments are processed in GBP.

Orders: Order acceptance occurs upon dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock issues.

Liability: Our liability is limited to the value of the items purchased. We are not responsible for indirect losses resulting from appliance downtime.

Cancellations: You may cancel your order any time before dispatch for a full refund.
