1. Refund Policy
Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery. Process: To initiate a return, please contact our support team. We will arrange collection or provide return instructions. All items are subject to inspection upon arrival. Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–10 working days. Exclusions: We cannot accept returns for made-to-order items, heavily used or damaged goods, or items returned for hygiene reasons once opened. Faulty Items: Your statutory rights remain unaffected. Faulty appliances will be repaired, replaced, or refunded following a professional assessment.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Service Area: We offer UK-only delivery for all appliances. Timeframes: Standard delivery is 5–7 working days for in-stock items. Charges: Delivery is FREE on orders over £500. For orders under this value, a flat fee of £29.99 applies. Missed Deliveries: If a delivery is missed after being confirmed, a re-delivery charge may apply.
